Reservations

FedExFamilyHouse has 75 rooms/suites available to families while their child is receiving care at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. Reservations at the house are only made through a referral by the patient’s social worker or clinic coordinator. Please contact your social worker, clinic coordinator or physician directly to ask for a referral to the house.

Due to the limited space, we take a few things into account:

  • How far a family is traveling
  • Length of stay requested by the social worker, clinical coordinator or physician
  • Type of appointment or procedure (e.g. same day surgery, clinic appointment)
  • For more details about your stay, click here.

Accommodations

We designed FedExFamilyHouse to provide families comfort during a difficult time. Our facility includes 30 rooms and 45 suites. All accommodations sleep up to 4 guests (cribs are available), have two queen beds, a private bathroom, space for a crib and a full sized closet with plenty of storage for suitcases and belongings.  For families with extended stays the suites have a separate sitting area, window seat and desk. All accommodations are based on availability and can be reserved through the social worker or clinical coordinator.
